Corona Virus Update:
These are difficult times and one thing I’ve learned from years of working in the wilderness therapy field, is that challenge can bring groups together. When we look back on this experience, I’m hopeful we’ll remember our community and how it rallied together at a time when it was needed most to protect our entire population. Please stay safe and reach out if needed.
All sessions are currently conducted over phone or video. While not the same as an in person session, teletherapy can be equally as effective (check out the research here). I've been using teletherapy in my practice on a regular weekly basis for the past several years and have always appreciated it's role in making therapy more accessible.
